Treat yourself to time away in our comfortable and warm self catering apartments in the Forest of Dean. Easily reached from London, Birmingham and Bristol it is an ideal opportunity to potter around the shops in Cheltenham, Gloucester and Bristol or walk through the quiet forest where you can see the animals in their natural habitat.

Riding News

Our new grass gallop is up and running, so if you are looking for a bit of exercise for you and your horse, come and have a scamper. Also the canter track and school have been resurfaced and provide an ideal working surface in all weathers We are now doing short breaks throughout the summer. Check availability and costs on this website or give us a call and see what we have available.

If you want lessons then our friendly BHS Fellow will be only too glad to come and give individual or group lessons in our synthectic surfaced outdoor school.

Don’t forget the picnic rides to the local pub for beer and sandwiches and hip flasks that keep you going on the way.

And why not take away a photo of you and your horse by our local portrait photographer; a permanent reminder of your holiday.
